These Terms govern access to and use of the GTCRC platform. By creating an account, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Account and access: users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. GTCRC may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

Content: race and profile data is intended for use within the community. Abuse, bulk scraping and unauthorised commercial exploitation are prohibited.

Conduct: harassment, fraud, deception and attempts to manipulate rankings are prohibited.

Limitation of liability: the platform is provided as is; GTCRC does not guarantee that it will be error-free and is not liable for indirect loss.

Changes: we may update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
